4 Easy Miles Yesterday.
I got in 4 miles yesterday. I am still trying to get my HR back in check. My pace was in the 12 minute range and I had the wind to my back the whole way. With that, I was able to keep the HR under 155 and mostly around 148. I have a long way to go still but I think it is getting better since I am running the whole way now and not walking. A 145 HR should put me around a 9 something pace for my easy runs when I am back to my old self. I will get there!
I am going to take the day off and do a lot of nothing!
