What ever happend to taking my word for it?

My 5 year old daughter came up to me yesterday and said, “Daddy, why don’t you have any hair right here?”  (Pointing to my forever enlarging forehead area.)  I told her, “Well honey, your mommy pulled it all out when she got mad at me one time.  That is why you should never pull anyones’ hair!”  Our next short exchange,  ”Really?”  ”Yes!” “Really?”  ”Yes!”  She then runs off yelling, “Mommy Mommy, did you really…?”
