Who needs to lose weight when all you need to do is learn how to lay real still.
More test today! Looking on the bright side, the more I do this the cooler the machines have become. This is a Gamma detector machine. I have been injected with radiation for it to see. Now bring on the super powers!!!

Back in the Rock! It’s been a very long week. Going to lay down, watch a movie, and do a lot of nothing for the rest of the night!
How come I can’t answer the “ask” on my iPhone? It only shows that I can delete it. Argg
Roughing it in Dallas!
Found the Texas money train!!
My view in Amarillo, TX. Off to Atlanta,GA in the morning. Been a long day.
I always knew I would end up in an enclosed box. But the one I have always pictured in my head was a bit bigger and had padded white walls.
Results from test: They still don’t know what is wrong with me… Can I just give up now?
Running Towards a New Shoe...: Just made datorade for the first time... -
It was good. Had about 1/3 of it and put the rest in the freezer. I’ll drink it after I get out of the shower and it’s nice and cold. After that, I’ll down 4-5 bananas, and I’ll be at 900-1000 cal for the day. That will make getting the rest of my calories in SO much easier.
Also, I found a food…
Nice!
Some say that any food that makes the body react in a negative way should be avoided. The eyes/mouth burn or watering excessively is the bodys way of saying it doesn’t want it there. Many do not eat “hot” onions or any garlic either. I would read and take out of it what you want to. People can get pretty crazy with their opinions. Just form your own and what “you” can live with and roll with that. And know they all say any movement toward going LFRV even if it is not all the way is better than none at all.
bigfatshoe asked: What kinds of dressing recipes do you have? What's the citrus dressing recipe? I've done a few different ones, but I'm curious to know which you've made and loved. - Derek
Derek,
It doesn’t look like I saved them. One that comes to mind was my orange strawberry dressing. I put two peeled oranges in a blinder along with a quart of strawberries. Blend till very smooth. Makes enough for several salads. I also made a lime and avocado dressing. Blend pitted avocados with the juice of several limes to taste. You can add water if needed to make it thinner but I like limes so I just used them.
Some on the LFRV diet really get restrictive and say peppers are off limits. I didn’t go that far and just stuck to the numbers and the raw side of it. I like jalapeño peppers so I would cut one and would drip the juice over a salad. It would give the salad the “wetness” of a dressing without having any.
I would also check out http://www.30bananasaday.com/
The site is for very strict raw vegans with many being very restrictive on what raw fruits and veggies they eat, too. However, they have tons of information on starting the raw vegan way of life and how to transition. You can join their blog to ask questions along the way. (Just an fyi, many on here would not approve of my using jalapeños.)
Good luck with your new journey. I have thought about going back LFRV several times. And I have only been off for about two weeks or so. Now that you are doing it, I want to go back to it even more… and I just might! ;)
Back in the Rock! Well for the time being. Over the next 10 days I will be traveling like crazy. From The Rock to Bloomington, Illinois back to The Rock. From The Rock to Amarillo, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia then back to The Rock. From The Rock to Dallas,Texas to Austin, Texas then back to The Rock. Again, all this in the next 10 days. I feel like a ping pong ball!
Great run this morning in MN. 45 degrees with sunshine and almost no humidity!
I love running in new towns. I had only planned on running 3-4 miles but got caught up in seeing the beautiful sites. I ran just over 5 miles before I made it back to the hotel. Good times!
